“The information Mr. Anderson provided on identity theft and access to legal counsel was extremely
valuable. He provided identity theft information on areas other than financial that had not been
addressed by the Veterans Administration. As a result of the in-depth information received, the
members of our chapter feel much more informed on ALL aspects of the problem created by the
compromised veterans’ personal data by the Veterans Administration.

The plan of action that Mr. Anderson presents not only completely protects the identity but also
allows the service officers to handle questions quicker. With the veteran’s access to legal counsel,
the service officers can contact the assigned attorney for the veteran to receive answers to legal
matters in reference to the VA claims in a timelier manner. As a chapter commander and after
careful review of the information and further research into the material, I have taken steps to insure
the protection of my identity. I STRONGLY recommend that EVERY veteran have access to this
information.”

Moreover Prepaid Legal Services is how I came to discover GoSmallBiz.com. Having primary
staff responsibility for small and minority business development here at the Chamber, small
business resource websites are important to me.
Gosmallbiz.com was an easy choice to make.
However, when approached by our Chief Financial Officer for assistance in negotiations with a
vendor who is also a member of the Chamber, I did not expect my best resource to be
GoSmallBiz.com. I asked GoSmallBiz.com to help me find the best solution to the satisfaction of
all parties. The answer was forthcoming, forthright and very professional. It was not, " this is the
only way to do this". Thoughtful alternatives and considerations were offered, along with links to
related, already researched websites, so that I could make informed decisions about my
recommendation to the Chamber on its best approach to  working with this vendor/member, It is
working out to everyone's best interest.

Thank you Mr. Anderson for introducing me to the greater benefits of these related services.

Rowe Realty recently contracted with Anderson & Associates for ongoing support with legal matters
pertaining to identity theft and Red Flag Rule compliance. They have an excellent presentation
detailing areas of concern and the law, Even if you are unsure about the service, the information
and the way Mr. Anderson presents it is very informative and will make you evaluate your firm's
liability. Current laws not only have civil dollar penalties and fines, but can also carry a criminal
confinement. The fine or confinement can relate to management and employees. There is no cure or
perfect fix; only ways to minimize the risk. Our staff due to Mr. Anderson's training is very
informed and we are prepared to protect the identity information of our customers, vendors, and
our employees.
Mr. Anderson was right even though the  forms are nice and the policy is great to
have the training our staff received was impeccable. Who would have ever thought he would
come and do all this work for us at no cost to our firm.

I Strongly encourage you to take advantage of the presentation that will assist you in minimizing
your company's exposure to consequences to all this new legislation.

When my credit card company would listen, I was getting bills from hospitals I had never attended
and didn't know which way was up and which way was down K.J. Anderson was there for me.
When my identity was stolen they did everything you would think of from getting tickets in my name,
to getting medical treatment, opening bank accounts and writing bad checks and even purchasing a
car. Having my identity stolen was the worst experience of my life and I pray for those who don't
realize just how serious it is. I was at my desk and a sheriff walked into my job with a warrant for
my arrest. I told them it wasn't me and he just said he had heard that before. I couldn't pick up my
kids from school and ended up spending two days in jail. Nobody would help because i didn't have
the money for their services. I heard about K.J. Anderson from a member of my church. I called
him and he walked me through what I needed to do to get my life back. I have moved beyond that
incident and have now protected myself with his identity theft service.

Thank you Mr. Anderson and may the Lord bless you and your family for what you are doing to
help people like me.

One of the things that my wife and I were concerned about when sending our son off to college was
him being so far from home. Well we sleep better at night thanks to you and we just wanted to let
you know we appreciate you for it. Recently
(name removed by KJ) and some of his friends were
stopped while at school and accused of underage drinking and disorderly conduct. All of the kids
were arrested except for
( name removed). He has the legal shield you told us about. He was able to
call his attorney and get him on the phone at 2:00am on a saturday night. We know you told us it
would, but we didn't have a clue it would work like this. A friend of ours son was with him and they
had to pay a fine and hire an attorney. It cost their family over $1,000 and it cost our family $35.95
thanks to our Prepaid Legal Membership. Hope you don't mind but recently when they were over
for dinner we gave them your contact information. Thank you for taking the time to explain this
membership to our family. God Bless You.

He is a dedicated African American father. It has been refreshing to watch him explain the various
aspects of the worship experience to his son Tre. Mr. Anderson takes the role of fatherhood
seriously, teaching his child with compassion, discipline and genuine love.

In the corporate world I have watched him excel as a committed hard working business
professional. Mr. Anderson has been diligent in attempting to heighten the publics awareness of the
serious issue of identity theft. Yet he has not allowed his success to outweigh his commitment to God
and family.

" "And Jesus said unto them, 'YE shall indeed drink of the cup that I drink of, and with the baptism that I am baptized
with all shall ye be baptized. But to sit on my right hand and on my left hand is not mine to give, but it shall be given to
them for whom it is prepared.,"

And then, Jesus goes on toward the end of the passage to say, "But so shall it not be among you, but whosoever will be
great among you, shall be your servant; and whosoever of you will be chiefest, shall be servant of all." .........

And so Jesus gave us a new norm of greatness. If you want to be important - wonderful. If you want to be recognized -
wonderful. If you want to be great - wonderful. But recognize that he who is greatest among you shall be your servant.
That's your new definition of greatness."
