K.J. is an inner-city Baptist Boy that grew up rough and made plenty of mistakes. After
graduating in honors from the School of Hard Knocks he moved to Atlanta in 2001 as a
single father with his 6 month old son Tre. Upon moving to Atlanta he began to be mentored
and coached by Fran Tarkenton as he built his consultation firm into the largest collective
body of micro-entrepreneurs in North America with a website that many refer to as the
most heavily trafficked business rich in content website in the English language. While
working on that project KJ traveled back and forth between Atlanta & Honolulu developing
a reputation for coaching CEOs and helping entrepreneurs start, sustain and expand their
businesses. While working with Mr. Tarkenton Kj worshipped at the Historic Ebenezer
Baptist Church where he became heavily involved with the A.D. King Children’s Chapel and
the teen youth ministries.

By combining his entrepreneurial experience and personal background along with his desire
to positively impact urban teens, he has discovered that when young people from urban
communities are given the opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship, their innate
"street smarts" easily develop into "academic smarts" and "business smarts." Through
entrepreneurship, young people discover that what they are learning in the classroom is
relevant to the real world. His mission is to provide programs that inspire young people
from urban communities to stay in school, to recognize business opportunities and to plan
for successful futures.

Through these experiences Kj has become dedicated to revitalizing urban communities by
providing quality education & training in the areas of Personal Development, Financial
Literacy & Entrepreneurism through practical application as opposed to theoretic lecture.
At a moment of both educational crisis and economic uncertainty, Kj is providing solutions
through various leadership positions he holds with organizations such as Urban
Entrepreneur, Success University, The A.D. King Foundation and The Christian
Entrepreneur Organization.

Our nation’s top leaders and thinkers have acknowledged the relevance and importance of
entrepreneurship as an educational and economic remedy, making the need for leaders like
KJ Anderson more evident than ever.  He clearly understands that our youth play the most
vital role in his overall mission and therefore his primary focus is to design and provide
effective programs to assist them with their transition from the youth of today to the
achievers and leaders of tomorrow. HE prides himself on the caliber of programs,
workshops, services, resources mentoring and coaching God has allowed him to provide to
aspiring & existing social as well as micro-entrepreneurs. He is currently studying to
become the 2nd African American male Certified by the Napoleon Hill Learning Center to
teach the time treasured publication Think & Grow Rich & Philosophy of Success
Curriculum.

He is a servant leader who is readily available to all those who can benefit from his
information, resources and experiences. He can be reached directly at kja3rd@gmail.com or
